Dormitories
In our province, accommodation services are provided to a total of 10896 students in student dormitories located in the center and districts by the General Directorate of Credit and Dormitories, and to 1196 students by Private Student Dormitories.
İstiklal Campus and City Center
Within our university's İstiklal Campus, there are 2 high-standard female student dormitories (Safahat Female Student Dormitory and Salda Female Student Dormitory) with a total capacity of 3288 people and 2 male student dormitories (Asımın Nesli Male Student Dormitory and Fereli Sinan Efendi Male Student Dormitory) with a total capacity of 2182 people affiliated with the General Directorate of Credit and Dormitories. Additionally, there is 1 female student dormitory (Burdur Female Student Dormitory) with a capacity of 1608 people located in the city center of Burdur, providing accommodation services to our students. Apart from the General Directorate of Credit and Dormitories, there are 7 Private Student Dormitories with a total capacity of 731 people providing accommodation services to our students in Burdur City Center.
Districts
In our Bucak District, there is a female student dormitory with a capacity of 1024 people and a male student dormitory with a capacity of 764 people belonging to the General Directorate of Credit and Dormitories. In our Gölhisar district, accommodation services are provided with a total capacity of 1388 people, 698 of whom are female and 690 of whom are male. Apart from the General Directorate of Credit and Dormitories, there are 5 Private Student Dormitories with a total capacity of 465 people providing accommodation services to our students in our districts.
Accommodation Services for Foreign Students
Accommodation services for foreign students studying at our university are provided by the General Directorate of Credit and Dormitories within the framework of relevant regulations. Additionally, our students have the opportunity to stay in private dormitories and hostels, as well as rented apartments.
Facilities Provided in Dormitories
There are service places such as restaurants, canteens, and cafeterias operated by operators to ensure that students staying in the dormitories of the General Directorate of Credit and Dormitories can eat healthily, balanced, and economically. Students benefit from the day's menu free of charge for breakfast and dinner, including weekends and public holidays.
In the dormitories, there are study rooms, sports halls in places with suitable physical structures, libraries with internet-connected computer equipment, music, painting, drawing, computer, television, ironing, luggage rooms, laundry drying places, laundries, chess rooms, and other physical spaces and facilities.
